Southern Woods West in Brentwood TN

Southern Woods West Homeowners Association proudly serves 3 very unique and diverse neighborhoods in the area: Courtside at Southern Woods, Shadow Creek, and South Springs. They are located in the city of Brentwood in the northeastern corner of beautiful Williamson County Tennessee. The neighborhoods offer wonderful amenities such as 3 swimming pools, a tennis court, and a spacious park featuring a children’s playground. Multiple events are held each year to bring all of the surrounding subdivisions together like an Easter egg hunt, summer pool Party, and Donuts with Santa. Three swimming pools are available for you to unwind and enjoy the season, including a small kiddie wading pool with a water roof water fountain that everyone seems to always enjoy, and the kids will sit under it all day if they are let to. The park offers a hard tennis court that is very well maintained by the handy workers of the area. A newly expanded playground includes swings, slides, spring riders, a Thunder Dome climber, and park benches.

A wide-open grass field is free and can be used for a broad variety of activities of your choice, like frisbee, football, soccer, or a game of catch. The Pavilion can provide a nice shaded break from your activities under the sun. It includes a picnic area.
